We take child safety seriously and have implemented strict measures to report and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. This policy outlines our approach to child safety in compliance with Google’s Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws.

  1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any use of carecheck™ for sharing, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. We take all reports of such activities seriously and work with relevant authorities to ensure proper action is taken.

  1. Reporting Mechanism for Inappropriate Content

To maintain a safe environment, carecheck™ provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report inappropriate content, including potential child exploitation or abuse. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal, user suspension, or reporting to law enforcement when necessary.

How to Report?

Users can report inappropriate content directly within the app by tapping the “Report” button. Additionally, users can contact our support team via:

  1. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If we become aware of CSAM within carecheck™, we will:

  • Immediately remove the content and suspend the user involved.
  • Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement to support investigations and legal proceedings.

carecheck™ complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including:

  • The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
  • The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • The Australian eSafety Act
  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Child Protection Standards
  • Any other jurisdictional laws applicable to child safety and digital platforms
