To maintain a safe environment, carecheck™ provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report inappropriate content, including potential child exploitation or abuse. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal, user suspension, or reporting to law enforcement when necessary.

How to Report?

Users can report inappropriate content directly within the app by tapping the “Report” button. Additionally, users can contact our support team via:

  1. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If we become aware of CSAM within carecheck™, we will:

  • Immediately remove the content and suspend the user involved.
  • Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement to support investigations and legal proceedings.
